senior at Missouri's Park University, Gabby is the "quarterback" on
Park's women's volleyball court. During the 2007 season, she
averaged nearly 11 assists per game and lead the team
for more than half the year in solo blocks. During her career, Gabby averaged 11.5 assists per game,
had 565 kills, a .281
attack percentage, and 165 service aces.
In 2006, Gabby was an honorable
mention NAIA All-American and a Daktronics-NAIA Scholar Athlete after
helping Park to a 27-11 overall record and a semi-final appearance in the Region
Four tournament.
A native of Sao Paulo, Brazil,
Gabby averaged 12.86 assists and 3.86 digs per game during the 2006 season from the
setting position for Park. She received Region setter of the week honors twice, MCAC
setter of the week honors three times, and NAIA
National Setter of the week once. Gabby was also a first-team all-MCAC
selection and made the All-Region Four First Team to end the 2006 season.
Gabby is IMPACT certified and will be coaching Viati's first
competitive volleyball team, the Viati 16 Gold team.
